1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vaishnavi RA (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. About Vaishnavi RA

Vaishnavi RA is a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (Reg. No. INH000012345) providing research-based investment recommendations for Indian equity markets (NSE and BSE).

3. Nature of Services

• Research recommendations are based on technical and fundamental analysis
• All trades are executed through your own broker account
• We do not hold or manage your funds
• Past performance is not indicative of future results

4. Risk Disclosure

Investment in securities market is subject to market risks. Read all related documents carefully before investing. The value of investments can go down as well as up, and you may receive back less than your original investment.

5. User Accounts

• Authentication is via WhatsApp OTP
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be deactivated

6. Broker Integration

The Platform connects to your broker via their official API. Your broker credentials are encrypted and stored securely. We never have direct access to your broker account — all orders require your explicit confirmation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vaishnavi RA shall not be liable for any losses arising from investment decisions made based on our research recommendations. All investment decisions are at the user's own risk.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
